Remove Old Archive & Google Forms For RF

Closed entry for project RF is ended fastly. And today we remove some feature in Google Form. for not make our dbs fulled. even today locked

What we do for RF Archive
a. we moved whole RF library(tutorial & files) to another library server @nur1labs
b. we removed whole site and cut off from RF link
c. we removed google forms and dbs link and put @library
