Update JuSi 0.1 Alpha 3

We update and upgrade version Engine for JuSi 0.1 Alpha 3 today for long time hiatus system web is more grade with another plugin free or not. but recently for Open Source Suppport. Like Bentenmaru OS from Linux and another in web system

    a. font-awesome-4.7.0
    b. Jquery 3.1.1
- Bug Fixed

Many change with old past system with more open source today and system OpenID or anything authentication with OpenSSL. Founder said so "no matter what our labs grow by core. everything effort people must wrote in their idea or sign it!Like Font-Awesome or Like JQuery they made it for people!". Founder did for not individual but future better.
